The plaque that was awarded to Chief Warrant Officer 5 Dave Mattox from Maj. Gen. Hal Lamberton, Adjutant General, Kentucky, for his 40 years of service hangs on a wall in his office Dec. 10, 2021. His family was able to be in attendance for the awards ceremony which was held at the Army Aviation Support Facility on Boone National Guard Center in Frankfort December 3.
