Kentucky Honor Guard helps put to rest forgotten Medal of Honor recipient

Rowalt, of Bellville, Ohio at Highland Cemetery in Fort Mitchell Ky., Nov. 4, 2023. Rowalt had served during the American Indian War before contracting smallpox and dying around the age of 28 in Cincinnati and buried at the nearby Kentucky cemetery.
