Mission
The G1 Personnel Office provides personnel support to all Kentucky Army National Guard units to ensure Soldiers and their Families are ready and resilient to meet wartime, homeland security, federal, and state domestic operation missions.

To become the model directorate known for providing quality customer programs, services and resources, utilizing innovative and collaborative methods that our diverse customers expect and deserve. We are dedicated to making every major subordinate command successful and prepared to conduct both the federal and state missions as assigned.
