FRANKFORT, Ky. (Nov. 16, 2010) – David E. Graetz was promoted to the rank of colonel during a ceremony at Boone National Guard Center in Frankfort, Ky., Nov. 7.
With the promotion comes a new responsibility as the official Kentucky National Guard State Chaplain.
“I am very privileged to supervise and to provide spiritual leadership for all the chaplains in the Kentucky Guard,” said Graetz.
“I would like to let all Kentucky Guardsmen, both Air and Army, know that they are not here to serve me, but I’m here to serve them,” he said.
Graetz also said for Kentucky Guardsmen, both single and married, to look for upcoming strong bond programs throughout the year.
