KAPISA PROVINCE, Afghanistan – Kentucky Agribusiness Development Team’s Lt. Col. Todd Ewing meets with the Director of Agriculture Irrigation and Livestock for the Kapisa Province, Afghanistan, Dec. 2. Ewing discussed issues pertaining to proper budgeting and proposed plans to assist with resolving difficulties agricultural extension agents are having meeting with local farmers.
