As we reflect on another successful year as the commonwealth's hometown defense force, we are continually amazed by the talent and dedication of the Soldiers and Airmen of this organization. We count our continued support of local agencies across Kentucky, developing relationships both at home and abroad and supporting combatant commands around the globe as mission success. The Kentucky National Guard could not be successful without the support of all our Guard families, supportive employers and the strong relationships with our communities. For these we are thankful. Thank you to all for helping us make 2017 another great year. The following are just a few of the memorable stories from 2017.
