On Sept. 14 at Fort Knox, Ky., friends, family, retirees and current Airmen of the 123rd Airlift Wing gathered to honor the life of Master Sgt. John Medley. Sgt. Medley was a Loadmaster with the 165th Airlift Squadron, as a Loadmaster he worked directly with the loading, rigging and dropping of cargo and Airmen.
