Andreas Shabaan, commander of 198th Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment and Louisville Metro Policeman, displayed heroic actions when he was called to a scene at the second street bridge in Louisville, Ky., a few months ago. Shabaan stopped a woman from jumping off the bridge and talks of the event in the above video.
