Kentucky Guard helps celebrate Beshear's Inauguration at the Capitol

by Capt. Stephen Martin, Kentucky National Guard Public Affairs FRANKFORT, Ky. -- Maj. Gen. Edward Tonini, Kentucky's Adjutant General, and the Kentucky National Guard helped celebrate Gov. Steve Beshear at his inauguration at the Capitol in Frankfort, Ky., today. The Kentucky National Guard provided a ceremonial color guard, music by the 202nd Army Band, a 155mm Howitzer 19-gun salute by the 138th Fires Brigade as well as a C-130 Hercules Flyover.
