103rd Brigade Support Battalion Headquarters gets new leadership

Capt. Douglas Curdie took command of the Kentucky Army National Guard’s Headquarters and Headquarters’ Company, 103rd Brigade Support Battalion, 138th Fires Brigade, March 8, 2014, at a small ceremony in Harrodsburg, Ky. Curdie, a former Marine and current guardsman residing in Barbourville, Ky., assumed Command from Capt. Anthony Travis of Elizabethtown, Ky.

Travis commanded the 103rd Headquarters for a period of 29 months, a time in which the 103rd earned the distinction of being recognized by the Department of the Army as the finest brigade support battalion in the entire Army National Guard.
