Adoption benefits through Kentucky's Military Family Assistance Trust (MFAST)

Lt. Col. John Harvey and his wife, Miranda, used the Military Family Assistance Trust (MFAST) program to help them fund the adoption of their daughter, Etta Jo. In this video, John and Miranda Harvey explain the process of the adoption and how the MFAST supported them financially to help them with their adoption.
