Charles M. Walker is promoted to the rank of major general during ceremony held in the Capitol Rotunda in Frankfort, Ky., March 12, 2022. Walker, who previously served as chief of staff for the Kentucky Air National Guard, is the director of the Office of Complex Investigations at the National Guard Bureau.
