Surviving family members of fallen U.S. service members are joined by Heather French Henry, commissioner of Kentucky’s Department of Veterans Affairs, the vice chief of the National Guard, Lt. Gen. Joseph L. Lengyel, Adjutant General Maj. Gen. Edward W.
