Growing safety culture in Kentucky National Guard

Kentucky Air National Guard deploys Airmen to North Carolina for Helene response
October 1, 2024 — 11 Airmen of the Kentucky Air National Guard deployed to Hickory, North Carolina, on Oct. 1, 2024, to support local authorities in the wake of Hurricane Helene. The members of the 123rd Airlift Wing's Fatality Search and Recovery Team will be responsible for assisting with the humane recovery of casualties following unprecedented flooding from the storm, which has claimed more than 130 lives...
